Job Summary

The District of Lüchow-Dannenberg is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to join its Communication and Information Service department. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, handling support requests and incident reports. Your daily responsibilities include prioritizing and documenting tickets in the system, resolving technical issues, and setting up and maintaining workstations. For complex incidents, you will coordinate with the 2nd-level support team or external service providers. Required Skills

Education
