In this role, you will serve as a key member of an IT support team, focusing on the maintenance and operational stability of client system environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing support tickets in accordance with defined SLAs, providing 1st-level technical troubleshooting, and ensuring clear communication with customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will also be responsible for software maintenance, patch management, and documenting all technical activities within the company's ticketing platform. This position is ideal for an organized IT professional who enjoys resolving technical issues and maintaining system health. Required Skills
Education
