Job Summary

This role within the THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief) headquarters in Bonn involves managing international procurement processes for a diverse portfolio, including vehicles, machinery, and relief supplies. You will be responsible for planning and executing procurement measures in compliance with public procurement and budgetary laws, preparing tender documentation, and conducting market and price analyses. A key part of the position is advising internal stakeholders and serving as the primary point of contact for external suppliers and internal logistics teams. This is a 2-year fixed-term position that requires strong organizational skills, a structured approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The role offers the unique opportunity to support international humanitarian relief efforts and work closely with volunteer emergency personnel. Candidates must be prepared for occasional travel, potential work outside standard hours during emergencies, and must undergo a security clearance process.

Education

Experience
