Job Summary

This Onsite IT Support Technician role involves providing hands-on technical assistance for a prominent client in the defense industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT workstations, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, hardware and software commissioning for mobile devices, and general client support. Additionally, you will participate in IT rollout projects and handle network support and patching tasks.
