Job Summary

As an Operational Excellence Manager for a leading global medical technology company, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing IT service management and project delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining and establishing reporting standards for SLAs, customer satisfaction, and service performance KPIs. You will drive the implementation of IT project management standards, including risk management and action planning, while ensuring team training needs are met. Additionally, you will coordinate the Business Needs Process (BNP) within the IT organization, contribute to internal skill development programs, and manage internal communications through channels like newsletters and Viva Engage. Required Skills

Education
