Job Summary

As the Center Manager for our Berlin-Hellersdorf location, you will oversee all operational, organizational, and personnel-related processes to ensure the highest quality of service. Your daily responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team, managing KPIs such as donation numbers, overseeing facility maintenance, and acting as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a critical role in quality management, ensuring compliance with legal standards and eventually assuming the role of Manufacturing Manager according to GMP guidelines. We are looking for a candidate with a medical or commercial background who possesses strong leadership skills, a hands-on mentality, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
