This role involves supporting the Graduated Plan Officers (Stufenplanbeauftragte) at Germany's largest private blood and plasma donation service. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring a stable, compliant hemovigilance system by analyzing incoming reports, documenting donor reactions, and coordinating product complaints.
