Required Skills

Education

Qualification for the 1st entry level of career group 2 'General Services' OR completed training as a Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) with advanced administrative course (Angestelltenlehrgang 2) OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration with a focus on HR.

Experience

  • Comprehensive professional experience in a generalist HR position
  • Proven experience in advising executives and management
  • Initial leadership experience is desirable
  • Experience in driving organizational change and process digitalization
