As an IT Support Specialist (Level 2), you will provide comprehensive, nationwide support for wholesale food clients, focusing on ERP solutions based on MS Dynamics AX/D365FO, webshops, and network infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing service requests and incidents via phone, email, and the TOPdesk ticketing system. You will independently diagnose and resolve software-related issues, document solutions, and collaborate closely with developers to implement effective fixes while ensuring high service quality standards.
