Job Summary

The Deutsche Bundesbank is seeking two Cybersecurity Experts to join their central competence center for cyber security in payment systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in strengthening the resilience of critical financial infrastructure by planning, managing, and executing threat-led penetration tests according to the TIBER-EU framework. You will serve as a primary contact for financial institutions, ensure regulatory compliance with DORA and TIBER standards, and analyze geopolitical threats. Beyond technical testing, you will act as a subject matter expert, representing the organization in national and international committees and contributing to policy development and training initiatives.
