Job Summary

As a Team Lead for Onsite Support and IMAC, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring high-quality service delivery at a major site in Berlin. Your daily responsibilities will blend hands-on technical support with team coordination. You will oversee IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes, manage hardware lifecycles—including the setup and decommissioning of notebooks and mobile devices—and resolve end-user issues directly on-site. Beyond technical tasks, you will act as a primary point of contact, prioritizing tasks and ensuring smooth operations for the team. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The role offers a structured 4-week onboarding process and the opportunity to work within a professional IT service environment supporting large-scale enterprise clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of user satisfaction and operational efficiency in a collaborative, project-based setting.
