As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Berlin, you will be the primary point of contact for providing hands-on technical assistance to end-users. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, managing hardware lifecycles—such as setting up, wiping, and issuing notebooks and mobile devices—and resolving technical issues directly at user workstations. You will also be responsible for ticket management, maintaining hardware inventory, and providing technical support for both in-person and remote events.
