Job Summary

As a 1st Level Service Desk Support Specialist at ZOTZ|KLIMAS, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support requests within a dynamic medical environment. Your daily responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, and resolving IT issues via phone, ticket systems, and remote access. You will manage Windows-based client environments, administer user accounts in Active Directory, and support mobile device management using Microsoft Intune. Additionally, you will handle hardware configuration for PCs and medical peripherals, perform basic network monitoring, and maintain clear documentation of processes. This role requires a hands-on approach and a service-oriented mindset to support our laboratory, clinical, and administrative staff. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or system administration
  • Experience with network technology fundamentals
  • Experience with Active Directory user and rights management
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience in hardware diagnostics and PC workstation support
