Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join a leading medical group, ZOTZ|KLIMAS, based in Düsseldorf. The specialist will provide critical 1st-Level IT support, ensuring smooth daily operations for laboratory, practice, and administrative teams. Key daily tasks involve receiving, prioritizing, and resolving IT support requests via phone, ticket systems, and remote access, focusing on initial error analysis for both hardware and software issues. Responsibilities also include the administration of the Windows environment, managing users and groups within Active Directory, configuring PC workstations and medical IT hardware, and assisting with Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant IT qualification, practical experience with network fundamentals and Active Directory, and demonstrate fluent German proficiency, coupled with a strong service orientation and a hands-on mentality. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Experience with network technology fundamentals (VLAN, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience with Active Directory (user, group, password, and rights management)
  • Minimum basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune
  • Good knowledge of the Windows client environment (Windows 10/11)
  • Hardware expertise (workstation PCs, notebooks, periphery, basic diagnostics)
