Job Summary

As an Electrical Technician for Offshore Substations at 50Hertz, you will play a critical role in the energy transition by ensuring the reliability of offshore wind grid connections. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of high-voltage and auxiliary systems. You will coordinate construction activities, oversee site monitoring, and conduct complex functional testing during commissioning. Beyond technical maintenance, you will be responsible for operational safety, performing switching operations, and managing technical and commercial order processing. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering
  • Experience in maintenance and inspection of technical facilities
  • Experience in construction supervision or commissioning of electrical plants is highly relevant
