Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician who will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to large enterprises and public sector clients. Day-to-day tasks include processing service orders, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and providing hands-on, on-site support for client and network devices. The technician will also be involved in the installation and configuration of various IT equipment, from PCs and notebooks to mobile devices, and will meticulously document all activities in a ticketing system.
