This role involves the administration, conceptualization, and technical management of specialized IT procedures, specifically focusing on the LÄMMkom LISSA system and LIMSOPHY. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex IT projects, which includes planning, steering, and optimizing technical procedures. A core part of your day-to-day work will be the analysis of technical and organizational requirements, acting as a primary liaison between internal departments, IT service providers, and software manufacturers. You will ensure quality assurance, risk management, and strict adherence to data protection and information security standards. Additionally, you will handle operational tasks such as user and rights management, system configuration, and incident management. Required Skills

Education
