Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary lead for the LÄMMkom LISSA specialized IT procedure within the Schleswig-Holstein State Office for Immigration and Refugees. You will be responsible for the strategic and conceptual development of the system, acting as the central coordinator between IT vendors, various departments, and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day work includes managing complex requirements, defining procedural standards, and driving process optimization across the organization. You will represent the procedure in high-level committees and provide decision-making support to senior management.
