Service Technician | Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician who will be instrumental in managing IT hardware infrastructure for a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for the setup, dismantling, physical integration, and testing of client and server units, including peripherals. You'll also handle hardware repairs, updates, and maintenance of checklists and device data, while utilizing customer tools for inventory. A key part of the role involves leading installation teams, performing hardware upgrades, configuring client operating systems and IP addresses, and providing first and second-level support for IT-related inquiries.
