As an Electrochemical and Battery Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation and management of an electrochemical laboratory, focusing on the development and testing of Redox-Flow battery systems. Your day-to-day activities will include preparing electrolytes, assembling lab-scale battery cells, and conducting complex electrochemical experiments such as charge/discharge cycles and EIS measurements. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to analyze aging mechanisms, document data quality, and standardize laboratory workflows.
