Job Summary

This role involves the analysis, optimization, and continuous development of manufacturing processes for a leading company in highly automated electronics production in Berlin. On a day-to-day basis, you will provide technical support for production stages such as PCB printing, panel cutting, and press-fit processes, including troubleshooting and series support. You will take full responsibility for solder paste quality management and define development rules for new products to ensure they reach series maturity. The position is unique for its blend of hands-on shop floor activity and strategic technological oversight, including managing investment projects and collaborating with international experts and suppliers. Candidates need a degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering and several years of experience in industrial electronics production. This is a full-time, 35-hour per week permanent position that offers a path to direct employment with the client company, featuring flexible working hours and an innovative environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing or industrial production
  • Proven expertise in production processes for electronic assemblies (PCBs)
  • Experience in project management, quality methods, and economic feasibility studies
  • Experience in coordinating with suppliers and technical experts
