Job Summary

This role involves the analysis, optimization, and continuous development of manufacturing processes for a leading company in highly automated electronics production in Berlin. On a day-to-day basis, you will provide technical support for production stages such as PCB printing, panel cutting, and press-fit processes, including troubleshooting and series support. You will take full responsibility for solder paste quality management and define development rules for new products to ensure they reach series maturity. The position is unique for its blend of hands-on shop floor activity and strategic technological oversight, including managing investment projects and collaborating with international experts and suppliers. Candidates need a degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering and several years of experience in industrial electronics production.
