Job Summary

As a 3rd Level Support Specialist, you will serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical challenges, ensuring the stability and performance of critical business applications. Your daily responsibilities include managing central applications such as Document Management Systems (DMS), HR software, and portal solutions. You will perform deep-dive error analyses, troubleshoot system failures, and oversee the installation of critical security and functional patches. Beyond reactive support, you will contribute to the long-term health of the IT landscape by creating technical concepts, maintaining system documentation, and coordinating with external service providers. Required Skills

Education
