Job Summary

This PhD position is part of the 'Cardio-Oncology Campus for Precision Medicine' at the Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS). The successful candidate will focus on analyzing longitudinal blood, plasma, and tissue samples from cancer patients to develop biomarker profiles for personalized risk assessment. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing targeted metabolomics, lipidomics, and proteomics assays, as well as validating biomarkers using advanced MALDI MSI and LC-MS analyses.
