Job Summary

This doctoral position is situated within the Multi-dimensional OMICS Data Analysis group at the Leibniz Institute for Analytical Sciences (ISAS). As part of the 'Cardio-Oncology Campus for Precision Medicine,' the successful candidate will focus on developing biomarker profiles to assess cardiovascular risks associated with cancer therapies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex phenotypic, microscopic, and multi-modal imaging data (PET/MRI, MALDI MSI) alongside LC-MS/MS data. A core component of the role involves developing and validating AI-based models and Large Language Models (LLMs) for personalized risk assessment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of biology, medicine, and informatics within a highly interdisciplinary environment.
