Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, Media Informatics, or a comparable field; or a completed vocational training in IT with several years of relevant experience; or qualification for the first entry office of career group 2 in General Services (German civil service qualification).

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector or public administration digitalization
  • Practical experience in project management and leading IT-related projects
  • Experience with Document Management Systems, preferably d.velop AG products
  • Several years of relevant professional experience required if applying with a vocational IT qualification
  • Experience in managing technical support requests and system optimization
