This role serves as a critical technical backbone for photovoltaic projects, operating within the internal office team. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders for technical feasibility and completeness, ensuring that all projects are ready for safe and efficient execution. A significant portion of your day involves acting as a technical liaison, coordinating with sales partners, customers, and installation teams to resolve queries and provide real-time support for ongoing construction sites. Beyond troubleshooting, you will manage customer inquiries, process claims, and maintain meticulous documentation. What makes this position unique is the blend of technical expertise and process optimization; you will actively contribute to developing internal guidelines and analyzing service data to improve overall quality. It is an ideal role for a qualified electrician who enjoys problem-solving and communication without being on-site full-time.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician (Elektriker/Elektroniker).
Experience
- Professional experience as a qualified Electrician or Electronics Technician
- Experience in the installation or maintenance of photovoltaic systems is highly preferred
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and providing phone-based support
- Experience in order processing and technical documentation
