This role involves providing essential technical support and order validation within the internal office of a photovoltaic company. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders for technical feasibility, ensuring all necessary information is gathered from sales partners and customers to facilitate project approval. Day-to-day tasks include supporting active construction sites by resolving technical queries over the phone and coordinating closely with installation partners. You will also handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, manage complaints, and maintain meticulous documentation within the system. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in the installation or maintenance of photovoltaic systems is preferred
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and coordinating with installation partners
- Experience in handling technical inquiries and documentation in a digital environment
