Job Summary
This role is based within the Saxon State Ministry of Finance, focusing on the HKR.SAX program—a central ERP system for the state administration utilizing SAP S/4HANA and Pegasystems. As a Rollout and Training Management Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between technical development and user adoption. Your daily responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, identifying training needs for administrative staff, and designing sophisticated educational content using tools like Articulate 360 and Canva. You will also plan and execute rollout strategies, ensuring that complex financial and logistical workflows are communicated effectively to end-users. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, or equivalent) in Business Informatics, Economics, Educational Science, Social Sciences, Psychology, or Administrative Science.
Experience
- Professional experience in the public sector is preferred
- Experience in requirements management, including conducting workshops and prioritizing needs
- Practical experience in creating digital training content and using e-learning tools
- Experience in planning and organizing large-scale IT rollouts and training operations
- Experience in explaining complex technical or legal topics to diverse target groups

- Fixed-term contract until December 31, 2028. Location: Dresden. Requires an agile mindset and willingness to work within the German public service tariff structure (TV-L E11).
