This role involves taking responsibility for the technical implementation of Business Continuity Management within a university's IT infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Computer Science or a comparable field (minimum 6 semesters) OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker)
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system operations and IT security (for vocational training graduates)
- Knowledge of IT emergency management, Business Continuity Management (BSI Standard 200-4), and IT Baseline Protection (BSI standards)
- Knowledge in operating server, storage, and backup systems, ideally with Commvault software
- Knowledge in project management
