Job Summary

As a Safety Engineer or Technician, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive test plans and conducting safety examinations to secure EU, CE, and UKCA certifications. You will act as a pivotal technical consultant for development and project management teams, while also coordinating with external international laboratories for UL, CSA, and CCC approvals in markets like the USA, Canada, and China. Beyond testing, you will manage the maintenance of the in-house laboratory and ensure all products meet the latest technical standards and norms. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or qualification as an Electrical Technician, or a comparable technical education (Engineer/Technician).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in safety testing or a comparable field is strictly required
- Experience in conducting safety examinations and creating declarations of conformity
- Proven experience in coordinating with external testing laboratories for international certifications
- Hands-on experience with electrical measurement equipment and temperature testing
