As an IT Service Manager for Classified Information Systems (VS) at BwBM in Cologne, you will bridge the gap between users, IT security, and external service providers. Your primary responsibility is the technical and organizational management of highly sensitive classified IT environments used by the German Armed Forces. This includes developing service strategies, managing the lifecycle of classified end-user devices, and ensuring strict compliance with security regulations (VSA). You will oversee the performance and availability of VS services while managing external providers to meet Service Level Agreements.
