Job Summary

As a Service Level Manager, you will be responsible for defining and evolving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Underpinning Contracts (UCs) to ensure clear and measurable service targets. Your daily activities will involve monitoring service performance, conducting service review meetings, and managing escalations with maintenance partners. You will act as a vital bridge between internal departments such as the Network Operations Center (NOC) and construction teams to ensure seamless process integration. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can identify optimization potential and initiate Continual Service Improvement (CSI) measures. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with monitoring and reporting tools
  • Practical experience in contract management and vendor steering
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining ITIL processes
