As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising electrotechnical projects within plant and machinery environments. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, while also performing detailed fault analysis and technical troubleshooting. A significant aspect of this role involves mentoring and developing your team to ensure high safety and quality standards. This position offers a unique onboarding phase where you will spend the first 1-2 years in field service (2 weeks on-site, 1 week home) to gain deep practical knowledge of the systems and teams. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams
  • Experience working with electrical circuit diagrams and control technology
  • Experience in field service and on-site assembly/commissioning
