Job Summary

As a Master Electrician, you will lead and organize an electrical team while overseeing technical projects within plant and machinery environments. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical systems. You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting machinery malfunctions and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves a field service rotation of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home. This period is designed to familiarize you with the field teams and customer installations before transitioning into a more stationary leadership and disposition role. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, the opportunity to mentor staff, and a comprehensive benefits package including high-quality equipment and flexible working models.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Electrician or in a comparable leadership role
  • Extensive experience in electrotechnical maintenance, installation, or project management
  • Proven experience in handling electrical circuit diagrams and control systems
  • Experience in personnel development and training of technical staff
