As a Project Manager within the Manufacturing and Operations team, you will be responsible for leading critical transfer and conversion projects that sustain semiconductor production. Your daily activities involve planning and executing projects based on technical feasibility and volume forecasts, ensuring that scope, budget, and timelines are strictly met even in demanding environments. You will lead multicultural, cross-functional teams and coordinate various project substreams, including frontend-backend interactions and product qualifications, to ensure seamless production ramp-ups. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Physics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
  • Minimum of 2 years in a project leadership role
  • Professional experience in project initiation, planning, closing, and documentation
  • Proven experience in managing international and multicultural teams
  • Solid knowledge of CMOS and power semiconductor environments
