Job Summary
As a Senior Staff Engineer for Product Application, you will join a high-impact Research & Development team focusing on power electronics. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert regional technical support to customers regarding DC/DC Intermediate Bus Converters (IBC). This is a client-facing role where you will communicate directly with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide structured feedback on solution needs, and conduct specialized laboratory tests on module products based on specific client requests. This position is ideal for a seasoned engineer who enjoys bridging the gap between complex hardware development and customer-centric application solutions. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Power Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in DC/DC converters (IBC) or switched-mode power supplies (SMPS)
- Professional experience in AI server power supply development preferred
- Experience as an Application Engineer or Field Application Engineer in the IBC field preferred
- Professional experience in a customer-facing technical support or advisory role
