This role invites a dynamic leader to head the App Development department at Loxone, a leader in home and building automation. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of app developers, focusing on the continuous development and mentoring of staff. Day-to-day, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of mobile application projects—from initial concept to market launch—ensuring seamless integration with hardware components like the Miniserver and Audio teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Quality Assurance to maintain high development standards and best practices.
