As a Component Development Manager at Loxone, you will lead a dynamic hardware development team across multiple locations including Kollerschlag, Alberndorf, and Vienna. Required Skills
Education
Completed university or technical college (FH/Uni) degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable leadership position such as Team Lead or Project Manager
- Extensive experience in the field of electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
- Proven track record in disciplinary and technical personnel management
- Experience in cross-site resource planning and task prioritization
- Demonstrated expertise in harmonizing development standards and optimizing technical tools
