Job Summary

As a SCM Digitalization Specialist, you will join an international team driving the end-to-end transformation of procurement processes and applications. Your daily responsibilities include designing and managing digital transformation initiatives with a focus on Operational Procurement, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, BTP, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions. You will act as a Program Lead for global transformation projects, defining business requirements and ensuring the implementation of scalable services within the Requisition-to-Order ecosystem. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to bridge the gap between technological excellence and strategic business impact. This position is particularly attractive due to its focus on innovation—incorporating Machine Learning and Agentic AI—and offers a flexible working model with 2 to 3 days of mobile work per week, extensive professional development opportunities, and access to employee stock plans within a globally recognized organization.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in SAP, P2P, and PaaS/SaaS Product Management, preferably within a procurement environment
  • Proven track record in global projects and digital transformations within highly integrated application ecosystems
  • Experience in project management and leading project teams
  • Practical experience working in agile teams, ideally as a certified SCRUM Master
  • Experience with SAP S4/BTP and Requisition-to-Order ecosystems
