The successful candidate will focus on the long-term strategic direction and optimization of the worldwide repair network. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the global MRO repair strategy, including capacity simulations, and providing expert guidance on strategic portfolio decisions within the repair sector. The role also involves supporting international tender processes for repair services, coordinating the global implementation of new repair methods, conducting make-or-buy analyses for strategic decision-making, and performing business analyses to further develop repair sites. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a background in technical or economic studies, and extensive experience in MRO, strategic management, or industrial portfolio management.
