As a (Senior) IT Technician at one of Germany's largest IT service providers, you will play a critical role in supporting Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients through 1st and 2nd-level remote support. Operating in a fully remote capacity, your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues across clients, servers, networks, and cloud services.
