Job Summary
As an IT Systems Engineer at netgo tax, you will serve as the primary technical contact for clients, managing IT systems within a dynamic project environment. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, as well as handling rollouts, migrations, and complex troubleshooting via incident and change requests. You will take on (partial) project management responsibilities and ensure high-quality technical documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in an IT environment or data center operations
- Practical experience in the installation and configuration of IT systems
- Experience in managing incidents, service requests, and change requests
- Foundational experience in project management
- Proven expertise in at least one core technology such as Azure, M365, Networking, or Security
Languages
Additional
- Minimum presence of 2-3 days per week at the designated office location is required.
