Job Summary

As an NDT Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in plant engineering and large-scale construction projects. Your daily activities involve performing and evaluating non-destructive tests (VT, PT, MT, UT - Level 3) in accordance with international standards and internal guidelines. You will oversee construction inspections, monitor dimensions and coatings, and supervise external inspection organizations to ensure full traceability of components. A significant part of the role includes instructing contractors on quality requirements, documenting inspection results, and handling deviations. Required Skills

Education

Completed further training as a Technician in Materials Technology or a comparable technical qualification; additional certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is required.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in quality assurance or assembly monitoring within the plant engineering sector
  • Proven experience working with inspection and monitoring plans for large-scale projects
  • Extensive experience in the application of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Practical experience in performing and technically evaluating NDT procedures at Level 3

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Must hold NDT Level 3 certifications for VT, PT, MT, and UT. Requires the ability to coordinate with external inspection organizations and government authorities.
