Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance within a large-scale corporate environment. Your daily responsibilities include managing hardware configurations for mobile devices like iPhones and iPads, as well as handling PC, notebook, and printer installations. You will operate both at a service desk and through a digital ticketing system to perform IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) and Break & Fix tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach to setting up workstations and monitors according to specific order lists. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a large-scale corporate or enterprise environment
  • Proven experience with hardware maintenance for PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices
  • Practical experience using IT ticketing systems for request management
  • Experience in performing IMAC-D and Break & Fix activities

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license (manual transmission) required. Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call shift system within service hours (06:00 – 22:00). Must be physically capable of handling hardware setups and deliveries.
