Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the primary technical contact for clients across Munich and the Southern Bavaria region. Your daily responsibilities will involve performing maintenance and technical support for a variety of hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving hardware, network, and Windows workstation errors while documenting all activities within ticketing systems. A significant part of the role includes setting up complete workstations, managing data backups, and providing user training for systems and devices. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a permanent contract with a leading German IT service provider, featuring above-tariff compensation, up to 30 days of vacation, and structured 40-hour work weeks. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting notebooks, printers, and mobile devices
  • Practical experience with Active Directory and user permissions management
  • Experience working with standard software and Windows operating systems
  • Experience in hardware installation and workstation setup

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license (PKW Führerschein) is required for travel within the Southern Bavaria region.
