Job Summary
This role involves building and leading a newly formed team of 6-8 employees within the 'IT4IT' domain of DRV Bund, the service provider for the German Federal Pension Insurance. You will be responsible for both the personnel and technical management of the team, actively shaping tasks, implementing change processes, and representing the department in internal and external working groups. Day-to-day, you will oversee the central IT service portfolio, providing transparency for development and operating tools used across the IT landscape. This position is unique as it combines strategic planning and leadership with hands-on technical involvement in infrastructure and development environments. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in IT, or a comparable IT qualification/vocational training combined with several years of relevant practical IT experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT, specifically within development environments
- Multiple years of practical experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of teams or project groups
- Proven experience in the planning and provision of infrastructure components
- Experience in analytical and structured work methodologies
- Professional experience in decision-making and solution-oriented process management
