Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing both remote and on-site 1st and 2nd level support. Your daily responsibilities involve accepting and processing hardware and software malfunctions, installing and configuring workstations, and managing user accounts and access rights via Active Directory. You will also be responsible for analyzing system or network problems and maintaining detailed documentation within the ticketing system. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional with at least one year of experience looking to grow within a renowned IT service provider. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed qualification in the IT field or a comparable technical vocational training.
Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar IT support position
- Practical experience in handling hardware, software, and peripheral device setup
- Professional experience with Windows-based environments and directory services
- Experience in system and network problem analysis
Languages
Additional
- Clean criminal record certificate and willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜ2) are mandatory prerequisites.
