Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support at the Vocational Education Center (BBZ) Bad Oldesloe across two locations. As the primary point of contact for approximately 140 teachers and 20 staff members, you will manage service requests and technical issues through a dedicated ticketing system. Your daily activities will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, specifically within Windows 11 and Office environments, and managing user rights on hosted authentication systems. You will also coordinate with external partners like Dataport and maintain the inventory of end-user devices. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and structured problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT, ideally as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or a comparable qualification/relevant practical experience for career changers.
