Your primary responsibility is the management and optimization of the modern digital workplace. This involves the automated rollout of client installations, software packaging, and the definition of standardized client roles. You will handle the full lifecycle of hardware and software, ensuring systems remain secure through proactive patch and vulnerability management. Day-to-day tasks include providing 2nd-level support, evaluating new technologies, and collaborating with external service providers.
