Job Summary

As an HR IT Application Manager, you will join a team of 20 professionals at Germany's market leader for frozen bakery products to drive the digital transformation of HR services for 3,000 employees. Your daily responsibilities include the administration and strategic development of the central HR system, designing and implementing new digital HR measures, and creating interfaces for HR data flows. You will be instrumental in HR controlling by developing dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and managing KPIs for internal audits and ESG reporting. This role is highly collaborative, involving process optimization from current-state analysis to target-state implementation. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in IT, HR controlling, or digitalization projects

Experience in conceptual and analytical process improvement
Experience in training users on new software solutions and HR applications
Experience with HR data flow development and system administration
